Yea...Hi there, thank you for reading and replying.<br /><br />Yeah, I already talked to Globe about this and they are really apologetic about what happened. Now that I am over it already, I can get to a sense that what happened to me is a really really bad customer service. Globe explained themselves very politely saying that the reason behind this is the defaults made and they found out that there is a significant number of call center employees default their plans.
